The display of talent resulted in an evening of rewarding entertainment and down-to-earth fun. The enthusiastic applause drawn from the audience compensated the cast for all the hours spent in diligent rehearsal. A coveted position of honor for the elementary grades is the spot of Prince and Princess of the Carnival. This year the proud bearers of the title are Beverly Early and Mike Ramsey. Those turning out for the Halloween supper were not disappointed in the delicious meal of ham and vegetables . Representing the high school, Harvey Smith and Diane Smith reign over the festivities as King and Queen.

A first for high school students will be a handbook being compiled by the Stu- dent Council as one of its major projects this year. In-coming freshmen and new students will profit greatly from infor- mation contained in this booklet, which will be available to all students. Hall traffic conditions have improved, and faster lunch service has been facil- itated through efforts of the Student Coun- cil.
