Finley's Follies Fantoyzia was highlight of the year a fanciful flight into the World of a toyshop. Prepared to sing for the Christmas assembly are mem- bers of the Junior chorus. Enlarging a picture is Nicky Gray. Nicky is one of the four Torchlight photographers. Setting type by hand are members of the printing class Charles Paxton, Lewis Brown, Johnny Coleman, and Bernie Workman. Cutting wood for his woodwork project is James Faurot. James is one of the many students enrolled in wood- work under the instruction of Mr. Fred Stratton. Working on their drawings in mechanical drawing class are Tommy Brock, George Arnold, Donny Candioto, James Thompson, Johnson Phillips, Dale Ward, David Decker, and John Thompson. Taking the Oklahoma Employment Commission tests are Janice McLeskey, Wayne Hill, Kenneth Heffley, Judith Harrison, and Sue Hahne. Janice, Wayne, Judith, and Sue are enrolled in D. display skill at concerts and contest Senior high marching band had a new sparkle plastic shakos on their hats this fall. They pro- duced one of the finest precision drills the band ever had. The band Won first division in contest marching again this year at McAlester and second place in the street parade. They played at foot- ball games, had a pep band for pep assemblies and presented a concert at Christmas. Another con- cert was given in the spring. Last spring a second semester sixth grade band was organized which met once a week until May. This band was of great value in getting seventh grade students started. Senior High Band is presenting a short concert at the Council House in the heart of downtown Okmulgee. IA'2llllllK the French Horn quartet is James Wood.
