'H U ' L Most outstanding in the science department is new equipment, latest available. New lab desks are in the chemistry laboratory, completely re- modeled. Modernistic cabinets and fluorescent lighting are provided. Biology classroom reloca- ted has gained a demonstration desk, aquarium, and microscope case. Physics class has a new demonstration desk. Total enrollment was above that in previous years. Projects of real interest were presented by students in all high school science classes. Stu- dents participated in County Science Fair spon- sored by local industries and SCOOHS. Junior chemistry students applied for High School Science Institutes during summer months. Bio- logy Club worked in cooperation with Okmulgee Teachers Association on a blood typing of all teachers.
