This difference is brought about through the internal structure of the university administration. The task of coordinating all functions of the university belongs to the administra- tion. W. T. Anderson Chosen Teacher Of the Year Selected as OSU's 1970 Teacher of the Year was Dr. Wilton T. Anderson. The selection was made by a committee com- posed of the Alumni Association and Blue Key members. Dr. Anderson was Professor and Head of OSU,s Accounting Department. Prior to joining the faculty of OSU in 1960, he was on the accounting faculty of the Uni- versity of Colorado from 1957 to 1959. He has served as Chairman of numer- ous Oklahoma Society and American Accounting Association Committees. Sev- eral of his articles have been published in numerous accounting and business jour- nals. He is also listed in Who's Who in America.
