Sandy McDonald, Edwina Trout. Gallagher Girls, the womenls auxiliary to the Kappa Sigs, were active in many of the Fraternity's functions. They set up a Big- Little program with the pledges and helped to orient them into their new home. The Gallagher Girls gave the entire fra- ternity a Christmas party and a party for The men of Sigma Phi Epsilon were proud of their auxiliary, the Girls of the Golden Heart, as they quickly stepped in at the be- ginning ofthe year to help the fraternity. The girls of the Golden Heart also had fun making money as they challenged another auxiliary to a 5'tough game of volleyball. ROW 2: Joyce Schnitzer, Lydia Clary, Linda Hadley, Mary Durham, Auxiliary Gives Welcome Party For Pledges The auxiliary to Delta Chi Fraternity, Chi Delphias, kept busy throughout the year. The year was started with a welcom- ing party for the new pledges and later they had a picnic for the entire fraternity. The Chi Delphias closed the first semester with an outstanding Christmas party for the Delta Chis. Other activities that the Chi Delphias were involved with were helping with the Homecoming decorations for the house, entertaining some of the underprivileged children of Stillwater, and raising money for a house gift. Cresents Provide Moral Support For Lambda Chis This year O.S.U. welcomed the newly formed women's auxiliary to the Lambda Chis, the Cresents. The Cresents assisted the Lambda Chis in their rush, functions throughout the year, parties, and their open houses. They also gave the fraternity moral support in their intramurals by making spirit signs. Throughout the year the Cresents earned money by sponsoring a work day. The work day consisted of such jobs as cleaning rooms, making beds, shining shoes, and ironing. The Cresents also set up a little brother program with the pledges and helped them adjust to the Greek way of life.

ROW 2: Jo Ellen Gilmore, Malissa Lile, Sarah Andriani, Gretchen Hoover Veta McClure Nancy West Patricia Neel, Pam Hart. Les Dames, the auxiliary of the Kappa Alpha fraternity, kept up their active in- terests again this year. Christmas is an important time for the women of the KA auxiliary. This year the enthusiastic group planned a supper Christmas party with a special gift for the men of Kappa Alpha. These ambitious and helpful ladies also AWA. donated their time to the members and pledges through various money raising projects. The responsibility of pledge sons was more of a treat than a job. Besides helping the pledges with school work, the girls gave them several parties through the semester. During the warm weather, Les Dames had a picnic with the members. Lynn Spicklemeyer, Suzanne Vernon, Edmundson Karen Keele Mrs Ted Colbert Nancy Netherton, Kathy Perkins, Jenny Rucker, Kim Hogan, Beth Blubaugh. The primary purpose of Little Sigmas, the girls' auxiliary to Sigma Chi, is to make the pledges feel welcome in their new home and to help the members in var- ious service functions. The organization made welcome signs for new pledges and held a Little brother-Big sister pledge par- ty. Members of the organization serve as hostesses at all Sigma Chi functions. A number of fund raising projects were spon- sored during the year. In the fall the group sold popcorn. Another project was the sponsoring of a basketball game. Several activities were planned to help raise funds for Wallace Village, the Sigma Chi chari- ty. Members also participated in serenades.
