Speakers Brought Messages Once again, speakers and speaker policies were ever in the spotlight of the year. Ribicoff, Katzenbach, and Weaver spoke of our country today in rural and urban develop- ment and in war. But others brought other messages. W e heard from SDS, but not from Leary. The regents set up speak- er guidelines that forbade some and caused economist Galbraith to cancel his campus engagement. Were we really too young to hear and decide for ourselves?
