A. lhiiizia iYdr'i.vor.r 0-State Claimed First Collegiate Chapter Charter In 1932 From Oklahoma Division For Vocational Agriculture Students The Oklahoma State Collegiate Future Farmers of America received its charter from Oklahoma division of the FFA on March 3, l932, having the distinction of being the first collegiate chapter established. The chapter, sponsored by the department of agri- cultural education, is organized for students in voca- tional agriculture, but its members include those stu- dents majoring in agriculture or related fields. Delta Sigma Alpha chapter is composed of all the former Jf-H members who are enrolled in Oklahoma State l7niversity. The group was organized on this campus in 192-l. Collegiate -l-H club meets once each month for an evening of fun and fellowship. The members of the collegiate -l-H chapter join to- gether at wicner roasts, square dances, entertaining open house parties, initiation of pledges, and the -l-H round-up held each year in which many students par- ticipate. :Xnother highlight of the year for all 4-Hers is their annual spring banquet.
