Page 30 overnor J. Ho ard Edmon To the Students and Faculty of Oklahoma State University: This is indeed an important time of the year to the young people of Oklahoma. It is a time when many are leaving the halls of our university and moving out into their chosen fields of endeavor. To others it is a time to begin the most serious consideration of a univer- sity or college to enter in the coming Fall. And to another group, it is a period to look forward to more years in the institution of higher education which they have chosen. Those of you who will be leaving Oklahoma State University this Spring can look back upon your years and be satisfied that the finest of facilities were made available to you. Those of you who are amid your college education can look forward to a continued growth of the institution which you are attending, and those of you who are looking toward a university will be making plans to enter O.S.U. and avail themselves of the finest in faculty administration and facilities. As a fellow Oklahoman, I am looking forward to great strides at O.S.U. and our other institutions of higher learning.
