The class of H396 num- bered six. After four years in office, EDIVIIIND D. MURDAUGH Stately, bearded lidmund Dandridge lVlurdaugh, was the third president of Oklahoma A. and Nl. College, and like his predecessor, he served but six months, For the first two decades of A. and lvl. history, the presidents also served on the teaching staff and Murdaugh was no ex- ception. 'llhe first college paper, The Zllirrorv, was published May l5, l395.
