The officers of the Council are a President, a Vice-President, and a Secretary-Treasurer eacl1 of which must be a delegate upon the Council. The President and the Vice-Presi- dent are selected successively from the fra- ternities according to their date of installation upon the campus. The Secretary-Treasurer is elected by a popular ballot from the mem- bership of the Council. To assist the officers in obtaining an efiicient Council the following committees were appointed: Eligibility Committee, Social Com- mittee, Athletic Committee and Judicial Com- mittee. Regular meetings are held on the iirst and third Sunday of each month during the academic year. Meetings are held in the chapter houses of the members of the Council in the order in which these nieinbers were adlnitted to the Council. Each fraternity is required to pay lifteen dollars l'or dues each semester to the Council to take care of ex- penses incurred during the school year. lt is a tradition of the l.nterl'raternity Council that it shall be the host ol' the Annual lnterfraternity Council Danceg this year the Council had its l'lil't,l1 Annual lforinal Dance. This year the Council adopted the policy at the lirst of the year ol' abiding by the Con- stitution oi' the Council and all infringements of the constitution were enforced to the letter. The lnterfratcrnity Council trains the young men who represent their fraternities in the part of governing. Top row: SHARP. BOWERS. .lo1.LY, ALLEN. S'l'.'xc:Y, llEn1'r.-xtzrz.
