Pleasure is always created by the stu- dents in Culinary Arts with their deli- cious meals and baked goods. The foods industry today creates both leisure and pleasure for all Americans by providing new services in each community. More and more families are eating out. More and more mothers are taking advantage of the good breads and pastries made by the high skills of the bakers of today. Students are finding that they have selected careers in one of the nation's fastest growing businesses. ln the foods occu- pations there is a constant change of processes and many new materials on the markets continuously to add var- iety and interest.
