K. Covelle, its founder and director. Under his guidance the school has grown from an initial 500 students to its present enrollment of 2,000. Over l-4,000 young men and women have attended Tech, with many of them now leaders in their chosen profession. Adding to the number, over 2,000 students have received certificates of ac- complishment at tw e n t y graduation exercises held since the school began operation. A 8. M Tech has grown from eleven trades to its present thirty- five in which students may enroll, and since l95l the State Re- habilitation Center has been a part of the school. lt is hoped that a foundation has been laid in this educational in- stitution that will be of lasting benefit to the industrial develop- ment of Oklahoma.
