Dracoo, Sponsor The Student Apportioning Board has charge of the disbursement of the money collected from the student activity fee. The board was created in the spring of 1951 by the Board of Trustees, at the request of the students. Horace Robinson, president of the Student Council at that time, and Dean T. A. Williams, helped in forming this organization, which is one of the few in the country where the stu- dents are in charge of the spending of the activity fee. At the first meeting of each school year the Board, with the help of its faculty sponsor, sets the percentage allowed to each organization participating in the fund.
