THE STUDENT COUNCIL Frank Martin, President The Student Council of Oklahoma City University is composed of two repre- sentatives from each of the four classes, selected by the vote of the students. This year the council was presided over by Frank Martin, a junior classman, One of the principle projects of this group during the past two semesters has been to try and solve the dance problem. Questionnaires were sent to each student's home asking for the parents’ opinion in regard to dancing. The council has also inaugurated the perforated ballot system to be used in all school elections.
