First they had to decide on the theme C Tribute to Great Composersulp then officers worked as individuals on production rules, entries, program and set, schedule of rehearsals, iudges, trophies, and king and queen contest. Trophies were given for best men's, best women's, best mixed, and sweepstakes. All this was a difficult task, but the end result was worth it.
