His duties mainly consisted of tying the col- lege in with the Oklahoma City com- munity and handling the wills and estates program. He also acts as the co- ordinator for the Living Legends of Oklahoma program. 5. SMILES, jokes and some serious compliments come from Guy Ross as he helps to honor Dr. North. 6. SPENDING much of his time out of the students' sight, Guy Ross plays an important part in the organization of OCC. 7. SPEAKING engagements keep Vice-president Ross busy. 8. Executive Vice-president Stafford R. North 'f'-jgxfl ill North overworks for Songs America Sings Coordinator for internal operations, Dr. Stafford North, Executive Vice- president, works closely with the Academic Dean and the Business Manager. Not only involved in com- puterized counseling, Dr. North also co- ordinated the planning of the student center and, this past year, worked on the new Fine Arts Building. During his spare time, Dr. North spent up to 50 hours aweek on the SAS production. As one of the writers of the play, he also took charge of the stage directing and 'fl acted as the over-all coordinator. 1. JOAN Niemang Executive secretary. 2. DR. NORTH finds that orginization is important as he directs another SAS rehearsal. 3. LAST minute instructions are helpful to the cast, band and crews. 4. Money-minded manager Fields runs finances As he held a most demanding ad- ministrative job, Gary Fields still found time to be active in several committees, chairing two of them, and to participate in the Edmond Kiwanis club. As he served his tenth year as Business Manager, Mr. Fields not only oversaw the financial aspects of OCC, but also its many facets, including, security, grounds, the bookstore, and the food service. ACCOUNTS, budgets and managing the OCC Business office occu the time of Gar Fields 2 PY V - - WENDY Karkau, Secretary to Gary Fields.3.EX- PLAINING that most of his dreams for the college are already completed or at least on the drawing table, Mr. Fields holds a large part in the OCC project budgets.
