Growing is a scary experience. From the beginning, when you are small and innocent — not to mention ignorant, to the time when you are old, reaching for the alleged spring of wisdom, you encounter many different feelings. Be it fear, sadness, anxiety, happiness, anger, jealousy, disappointment; you experience them. They enrich you, make you a better you. Those emotions, good or bad, will always be a part of you.

These are the foundations which form you and give you your unique personality. Without these experiences, life would be dull without incident. Throughout our whole life we go through continuous changes; whatever they are, they are all real. For all of us these changes are inevitable. We learn together, mature together and even grow old together. Each day we are never the same; from the clothes we wear, to the moods that influence us. New people in our lives shape us whether they are the new friends we make, or the new Okemos administration. We appreciate all the warmth a new friend can offer, yet we understand the cold when we lose one. It is all a part of life.
