IN MEMORY OF MISS IRENE PIPER The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want; ... A dedicated teacher for thirty nine years. Miss Piper passed away on December 7, 1968 after being ill for several months. For the past eleven years, she taught English and was Librarian at O.C.H.S. During this time, she knew and loved many of her students. TTie Class of 1969 feels an extra loss since Miss Piper was not only our teacher but also class sponsor.

DEDICATION EVERETT L. DEASON We, the TIMEPIECE STAFF of 1969, in an effort to express the gratitude and appreciation we feel, dedicate this annual to Mr. Everett L. Deason. Through the past twenty-one years, Mr. Deason has given freely of his time and talents as class sponsor, TIMEPIECE Advisor, and school photographer. As a teacher here, he has always shown patience and understanding toward one and all. There is no way we can repay him for everything he has done for us; but, in an attempt, we dedicate this annual to him.
