S DIOR PLAY HIt's All In Your Head H a mystery comedy, by Charles Burdette, was chosen by the seniors for their last dramatic production It was presented cn lay 29 The cast included Pat Brown, Grace Prescott, Kirk Stucker, Iebster Prescott, Holland St John, Mitch Prescott, Bud lells, noch Twitchel, Kenneth Crandall, Peter Wesly, Vesley Bertrand, Gurney haw, Penny Prasses, Belle Lamont, Altamae Sims, Sally Cramer, Do lores Hilts, Isabell Prescott, Laura Jo Beam, Lissy Prescott and Rosemary Piper, Anna Lucasky Grace Prescott has inherited a run down, half century old house in a srmll town near Chicago She decides to move her family to this rural locale The obgect is to knit the family more closely into a real home, unlike life in a city apartment 'wbster her husband, is willing, but not very eager to get b ck to nature The two children, Lissy, don't like it at all at first They become terested when they learn that their mother's Uncle a violent death in the library A prowling black few pointed remarks of old Enoch Twitchel, their neighbor, bring the Prescotts to the conclusion Mitch and a bit in Joel died cat and a next door that Aunt , . F ' 1 , . . . Sabitha and Uncle Joel are reluctant to give up their claim upon the old house. Mitch is sure that the house is haunted. Isabell, the eldest daughter, arrives with her boy friend, Gurney, who declares, HIt's all in your headu and insists there 18 really nothing wrong Peter, Uebster's business associate, very Quietly goes about solving the queer doings of the household and finally reveals the ghost Anna, tue maid, constantly encounters the long deceased Uncle Joel and faints all over the house, but mostly in the library Belle Lamont, the society editor, Hgust adoresn old attlcs in all queer houses Sally Cramer, M1tch's girl, is Nso thrilledn and even wishes she had a ghost in her house It took more than actors to present this play Those busy w1th props were Jane Dunning, Don 'Joods and Donna Har ris The wardrobe mistresses were Gerry Thompson and June Bryant Mr Tidyman and his stage crew built the set Ber nie Dykes and Robert Hunley, the sound effects men, learned to Hmake like a cat and a saw H Robert Cook and Gene LcLean worked an artificial moonlight device Dick Brown, stage manager, was busy looking after everyone Darlene Ielter was responsible for all the publicity After the play, the entire cast were entertained by tr and Mrs St Johr and Holland at the St John home Delic ious cake, ice cream and punch were served Miss smith was presented with a gift in appreci tion of her fine work with this unusually well presented play
