Record breaking” accents girls’ season Ten new records were established during the season by the girls’ swim team. Twelve swimmers qualified for the District 10 meet, which took place at Edinboro State College on February 20 and 21. About midseason, the girls received new warm-ups, which helped to build their spirit and morale. The team, coached by Miss Peg Adams and co-captained by Pam McCarter and Patsy Van Dyke, finished the season with seven wins and four losses and captured third place in Section II with a record of 6-4.
