Recognition given to students for various achievement Many students received special honors in recognition of the hard work they did while in school. These honors were based upon scholarship, leadership, and character. These awards enabled some people to travel, and some to compete for scholarships. Students participate in community activities Along with their school activities, students also participated in the community. Working after school, playing in a band, participating in a drive for charity - these were some of the many ways students became involved.
