Students interested in the business field have found Senior High the best place to begin their climb upward. This year 490 students are enrolled in the thirteen busi- ness courses, designed to prepare young inen and women to enter positions in local business. About 957 of our business gradu- ates have been placed in positions before the end of the suininer after graduation. The teachers in the department have had 17 years of actual business experience. These facts and figures show that our business students easily meet the require- ments found in Mathew IIenry's Comnlerlt- rlries: i'It is not fit the public trusts should be lodged in the hands of any, till they are first proved and found fit for the business they are to be entrusted With. 18
