No situation arises too great for him to cope With, always being ready to listcn to anyonels troubles and to give good advice. He is just in his decisions and able and Willing to cooperate with teachers and students alike. He is never loathe to introduce new and better methods of teaching or modern ideas of governing a school. In every Way he fits our re- quirements as the head of our organization. C185

SCHOOL BOARD 'k ir i' The members of the Oil City School Board have given willingly of their time and labor to provide for each student an elementary and high school education. They have done this by hiring competent instructors and by care- fully selecting the necessary materials.
