a , f it wcizi H. J. Burgstuhler The governing body responsible for the main phases of univer- sity action is the Ohio Wesleyan Board of Trustees. The charter of the Board of Trustees gives the group the power to confer all degrees, to transact all business affairs for the university, and to appoint the administration and the faculty. Under the leadership of President Harvey O. Yoder, the Board of Trustees does its work through various committees. To help govern the board, its thirty-nine members elect an executive committee that meets every month.
