Flemming June ll, i948 brought to Ohio Wesleyan a man whom we have all come to love and admire, Dr. Arthur S. Flemming, ninth president of Ohio Wesleyan, has displayed here the same dynamic qualities that were evident in his work with the U. S. Civil Service and l-loover Commission. A prominent member of Wesleyan's graduating class ot l927, he has continued to remain outstanding in all educational and governmental work he has done.
