Yet doubtful it is, whether these attributes can be yours in fullest meas- ure unless you are physically healthy. Mental health is dependent upon physical health. Many who are your equal today — who have h.id similar training — who have equal capacity and the same high ambition, will neglect, abuse their b xlies. You are entering a fight — a battle you should glory in, if you are fit to fight; that is fundamental. Be guided by an ideal of service to others. He achieves most who serves best. Sound health and an ideal of public service are imperative if you, when the race is run, are to realize the lull opportunities which you are facing now.
