One must plan for the future, you spend the rest of your life there. Second to write a program for instruction, clinical service, research and continuing education, and raise S9 million for a new hospital. Third, to acquire land on the campus for academic development and off campus for research purposes. Fourth, to write programs for facilities required following completion of the hos- pital. Fifth, to establish a strong financial base and program planning budgeting. Sixth, to add faculty and staff recruited from graduates of colleges other than Ohio's.
