Pan Heflenic Council The Pan Hellenic Co uncil, which is composed of two members of each sorority, is the center of sorority life on campus. This organ¬ ization is under the advisorship of Dean Link. This group sponsored the annual Tri-Sorority formal, which is one of the highlights of the spring quarter. The dance was held this year on May 22, in Findlay. The council is a governing body for the sorority members, and through it the traditions of sorority life are upheld. 26

Phi Chi The membership of the Phi Chi Sorority doubled when summer vacation time rolled around. Our winter rush party, “Opera Premier,” was a huge success. On February 6 we held our winter formal, Neptune’s Paradise, at the Student Center. An enjoyable time was had by all. Other social activities included a Christ¬ mas party and several informal dances. The officers for the year were Judy Runkle, president; Nancy Brown, vice- president; Marilyn Hitchcock, secretary; and Betty Muskoff, treasurer. 28
