P in D I i 3. 5. - .4 P 4 P -4 D :F master man and if you will Just step forward one at a time you will see this giant bend the two inch steel bars twist horse shoes into figure eights lift a horse with one hand and bite nails in half-come one come all see Ross the worlds h mplon strong man in action owes his marvelous strength to the fact that he was always in bed by 9 00 oclock and never spent his youth in rlotous living From the audotron comes the far off drone of a gamt motox and with the sound of many exhausts comes the whir of a propeller The lens points toward the sky to a small speck in the distance which grows larger slowly As it comes nearel the helmet and goggles of the pilot are visible above the fuselage of the plane Traveling lower a small white obJect is seen to descend swiftly for a moment then spread out-a huge parachute- and seemingly stop, then glide toward the ground. On the end of the parachute strings was tied a small calf, which kicked and scrembled wildly as he descended into the wide field below. From a small truck nearby ran several men who released the calf and carried it and the parachute to the waiting truck and drove oH'. V At an aviation field the same plane descended slowly, settled easily ,upon the ground and coasted to a gentle stop near the hangar, and from the plane emerged the pilot, John Kruetzkamp, owner of Kruetzkamp's Aerial Transport Co. His calculations were alright we allow' The marble facade of a large building came to new In gold letters above the doorway announced the Bank of N01 wood The beautiful bronze doors swung wide which al lowed a view of the lnterior filled with busy people On either side of the aisle were numerous small cages at which many clerks were busy some vsaltlng on customers, others occupied with books At the far end of the aisle between the rows of offices was a door bearing the word President The President of this bank was also a phllanthxoplst a man who gave away gold for the love of giving no good cause went unheeded, no amount too large or too small that he did not expiess his noble soul in material aid to the needv Especially was he generous to the hungry for he had known the pangs of hunger in his youth and was proud of the fact that his constitution could withstand the amount of food he could eat. - He was winner of the grand prixe, awarded by the Ohio Mechanics Institute in 1928, to the biggest eater-and the loving cup which he won bears the name William Schell.
