Svuphumnres E THE Sophomores, of 1928 are about to be presented with the titles of Junlois After a long struggle thls yeai with fierce and tiresome studies we deserve these titles I think, and may take them with a certain amount of right think, and may take them with a certain amount of right- ful pride. During the past year we have lost several of the older members of the class. But this deficit has been filled with the addition of many new ones. We hope to see all these members again next year, when we shall be Juniors. All of the instructors have endeavored to give us a complete and beneficial education and we appreciate their cooperation immensely We, no doubt, seemed terribly thick headed but the maJority of us have succeeded ln learning our subJects so that we shall not forget them over night Most of our classes have been very entertaining and we are thankful for the efforts put into these. Our English instructor, Mr. Shank, who, in our estima- tion is the best instructor in the school and whose classes are the most interesting, is leaving us this year. We regret this vsry much, because we looked forward to having him next year. However, we, the Sophomores, extend to him every wish possible for an unusually successful career. l I7 1 S -Q - -Q f Q .1 9 . 5 Q ! ,. 2 1: S 5: I 5 -3 .
