C aJJ f- i oem MAY 21, -1957 That is the day we've been waiting to see, Twenty-five graduates will march down the aisle, Their diploma from O.C.L. to receive. First came the president, Wally Rhodes Who presides over every meeting. He always has a friendly smile And meets us with a friendly greeting Next comes David Clouse, Such a fine little lad, And as for Vice-President Their couldn't be a better one had. Now let's see who is next, It's Karen Brubaker whom we all adore; She's our pretty secretary And also our Annual Editor. Our Totem Pole editor and treasurer too Is Eulalia Hoffman, a real nice lass She's also witty and jolly too She rates A 1 in our class. Sue Ross is quite a girl, She has a wonderful personality, She loves to sing and loves to act, Her talents are brought to reality. Ronnie Krugh is a friend to all, He's really good at playing ball. Next is Linda Cowan, a real cute chick, Some handsome guy she will surely pick. Keith Wortman, a real nice guy, With his blond hair he rates quite high; He's not too shy and not too bold, He's a good worker so we've been told. A Matthews boy, his name is Jan, He's one who does all that he can. Judy Hunter of whom we are especially fond, Is in love with a boy named Ron. Next we find Jim Ash, A real nice boy he seems; He's always full of fun, And as for sports, he's on the beam. Looking at Betty Lockhart you can see, She's just as sweet as she can be; She's lots of fun and real sweet The Senior Class sure thinks she's neat Ned Alger, a farmer to be, If he keeps it up in Ag, you'll see. Well here comes Dick Jones, A real nice guy; If there's something he doesn't know, Give him a chance, he'll try. Kenneth Balliet can always be found, In his black Ford, driving round the town. Carolyn Heppeard is our Slim Jim, She always looks so neat and trim. Glenn Pontsler is our curly head, He wants to be a farmer, so it is said. Janice Adelblue is another of our twenty-five, And everyone digs her jive. And then there is Jim Adelblue Who hardly makes a sound In fact he's such a quiet lad You can hardly tell he's around. Harold Chaney, a real nice guy; He'll join the Navy by and by. Next is Marilyn Rice, our long haired blond, Of whom we are all very fond. Charles Mathew is a handsome lad, With the girls, he doesn't rate bad. Let's see who is next? Barbara Ainsworth, what a pleasant feature! She's a real nice girl, With a future of being a teacher. Last but not least As this should be Are Janet Williams and Kay Thompson Who composed this poetry. And also we must not forget The fine sponsor of our class; Mr. Leindecker, teacher, advisor, friend, Who's helped us thru to the very last. Page 19
