Vocal 'I r IV' , in Mr. Max Dalby Mr. Frank Wanlass, our new music instructor, directed our concerts which featured the Boys' and Girls' glee clubs, the A'Cappella choir, and the ensemble groups. The two outstanding concerts were the Christmas Concert and the Spring Festival. In my music class, I not only learned to carry a tune, but also to har- monize with others. This year Mr. Max F. Dalby com- bined the cadet and concert bands. The night the band and orchestra together presented a concert I was afraid my valve would stick or my lips would quiver, giving too much oi a vibrating effect.
