S. caravan. the '49ers will be sadly missed, the reigns are being left in capable hands, and a doubt they will keep the caravan rolling at a good pace. highlight of the year is the traditional Junior-Senior banquet and prom, occasion when buttons and bows, soft lights and sweet music, make this to the Seniors a lovely memory.

SOPHOMORES Now that the sophomores are well hardened in to the ways oi' the caravan-they will be able to give the wheels oi' 1950 some very capable support. Upon these sophomores' shoulders will be placed a good deal ol' responsibility, and we are certain that they will be in- strumental in the locomotion of the caravan in the years to come. The main event in the sophomore journey was the annual sophomore picnic pitched along the trail at Backbone State Park, the traditional sophomore picnic grounds.
