MOST ATHLETIC Jimmy Patterson jimmy Patterson has earned his title of most athletic through his activities in football, track and basketball. His out- standing sportsmanship has helped to keep Odessa right on top in all sports events throughout Texas. As an all-state football selection, Jimmy is one whom O. H. S. is proud to claim. MOST TALENTED jack jones jack jones, the most talented student in O. H. S., is especially well known for his impersonations of Sammy Kaye and Al jolson. jack has composed some music and has helped with several productions in Odessa. BEST LEADER Sissy Hobson Sissy Hobson has proved her ability to be best leader in O. H. S. by being elect- ed cheer leader for three years, editor-in- chief of '49 Corral, and student Coun- cellor-at-large. She is an outstanding honor student and has represented O. H. S. in many fields. MOST ARTISTIC Frank Ayres Frank Ayres, most artistic, has worked to make this '49 Corral a success. As art editor of the '47 and '49 Corral, Frank has presented his originality in his draw- ings to O. H. S. in a unique and clever manner. MOST STUDIOUS Sylvia Debenport For the third consecutive year Sylvia De- benport has been elected most studious in O. H. S. Her scholastic record is re- cognized by her grades which are always in the high 9O's. MOST MUSICAL Bill Plumlee Bill Plumlee has certainly proved him- self to be the most musical in O. H. S. Bill has entertained on many programs, but his outstanding high school perfor- mance was his role of the father in Han- sel and Gretelf' Bill sings in the A Capella Choir, Boys' quartet, church choir, and usually has the leading singing parts in the school productions.
