icc controls all club sponsored activities The purpose of the Inter-Club Council was to serve Odessa College as a coordi- nating body for scheduling campus activities. All club functions had to be presented to this council for approval before they could be officially placed on the school calendar. In this way students were able to attend functions that were not scheduled at conflicting hours. Serving ICC as offi- cers were Steve Snow, presidentg Walter Marcum, vice-presi- dentg Lou Carter, secretaryg and Ron Lilly, parliamentarian. Sponsors of the Council were Mr. Dulan Clegg and Mr. Ned Pilcher. OPPOSITE PAGE: steve snow conducts a weekly ICC meeting.
