A prime goal was sportsmanship during game. The W R A a l s 0 brought guests to the campus as they sponsored the Collegiate Volleyball Tournament and the Permian Basin and Queen Bee Volleyball Tournaments. Leading the club were Kathy Gardener, president, Peanut Jones, vice-president, Karla Wadsworth, secretary-treasurer, Jane Coleman, point re- corder, and ICC representative, Pam Miller. alpha nu chi benefits uture nurses Alpha Nu Chi was the local Nursing Students Association which was affiliated with the Texas Nursing Students association and the Na- tional Nursing Students Association. It was designed to 'prepare the students for professional nursing. The club had two meetings each month, a business meeting and a program meeting. They raised money to send delegates to the state convention. At Christmas, the members also collected clothes for the Big Spring Mental Hospital. Heading the club are: Cathy Corley, presidentg Diana Whitehead, vice-presidentg Phyllis Tulk, secretaryg Ann Siay, parliamentariang Cynthia Tunney, treasurerg and ICC representative is Becky Stevens.
