'Branding Iron' Tops Other State Junior Colleges Qiaffers Work io Meet March Deadline Last ye-aids i'l3randing lronn stall' captured the sweepstakes prize at the annual junior college press meet, virtually topping all other junior college hooks in the state. Again this year the annual staff worked towards capturing the state's top spOt. With sponsor Mike Ryan, Gem Meacham, freshman editor, has directed the staff towards new ideas and concepts in keeping with the most recent developments in yearbook make-up. Often working until the early morning hours to meet deadlines. the staff worked together coordinat- ing the several sec-tions. Chief editors included Debby DeWoody, organ- ,izationsg Julie Pri-ssly, sportsg ,lay Miller, person- alitiesg and Gary Brock, Sandi Driscoll, Mary Harden, Jon Lehkowsky, Pam Langridge and Cyn- thia Lewter, assistants.
