Doug Elliott puts in his hours as an an- nouncer for KOCV-FM. l08 OCBA Devoies Talent to KOCV-FM Promoting radio broadcasting and providing the best in good listening music through radio station KOCV-FM is the work of the members of the Odessa College Broadcasting Association. All members have contributed their time and talent to the college radio station and hold at least a third-class operator's license. Among the regular activities carried on by sponsor, Vifallace Jackson, are the broadcasting national and international news, and promoting izations. Another important feature of the club is the expansive musical program. The various styles include popular music, ,interspersed with classical and folk music and featuring a jazz show each Monday. New additions to the broadcasting program this year are the use of tapes from the University of Texas Musical Department and the Metropolitan Opera lmroacleasts on Saturdays. Station personnel this year included Bill Conner, who was station manager, Linda Tredway, Joe Aldridge, Patsy Kirklen, Gwen Callaway, and Steve Hendrick. Announcers include Bruce Callich, Rusty Knight, Doug Elliott, Victor Kinny, David Hall, Wayne Griggs and Tom Hughes.
