Senior Class Officers LEFT TO RIGHT: R. Bennett, President; L. barton. Treasurer; F. Crout, Vice-President; S. Stotenbur, Secretary. Senior Class History We the Class of 1960 were made fully aware of our lowly status of Freshmen early in September of 1956. We then sponsored the dance Winter Twilight —a huge success. But this was only the beginning! In our Sophomore year, we opened the social season with Honeycomb Hop, featuring very novel decorations. This year was no exception, we took our second Booby Prize in the interclass track meet. During our Junior year, we rivaled the Seniors with our production of Act Your Age —even though it did play second fiddle to the weather! Several dances, fruit cakes, and Christmas wreath sales really kept us at a merry pace. Our two most successful social events were the Hula-Hoop Hop and our Prom, One Night in May. We again won our coveted Booby Prize. Seniors at last! What more can we say except----------in our roles as salesmen, social leaders, and performers, we established an unattainable precedent! And then there was New York City—but we won't go into that! ! ! Our Senior Ball was a fitting climax of four wonderful years in high school. We then donned our caps and gowns and bid a fond farewell to the hallowed halls of O.C.S. 10
