SCHOOL CALENDER August 22. School opened with 5 teach- ers at the helm. Ur. McMurray our principal Miss Konrad science teacher and Mr. McQueen Ind. arts teacher, all new. A August 25. Orange NON meeting to plan frosh initiation. September 2. Student Body meeting with Junior Ogden as president. . September 6. Frosh initiation. September 9. Our first invitational dance of the year. September I6. School out for apple vac- atlon. , October I0. Back to school again. October 22. Senlor scavanger hunt. October 26. Girls Glee started under the direction of Miss Konrad. Girls Orange HOU elected officers. October 28. Entlre student body out at 2:30 to go to the gym for activities and dancing. Dismissed at 3:l5. November I. Several pictures by famous artists which have ben loaned ,us by the State Library were put on the wall of theS. H. stage Later on we will have early morn- ing lectures on them. November 2. Um--has Coach got a coldl-- he'll go fishing. Six weeks make up exams given. Mr. Graybill entertained both the grade and high school on his zylophone for a half hour ln our gym. November 5. Mrs. Moller and I9 girls motored to Oregon City for a Girls League

Senior-Frosh lnterclass basketball. Seniors won I8-IO. Glrls League meeting to discuss our coming vaude- vllle show. November I8. The girls who went to the conference gave a talk on their trip ln ass- embly thls afternoon.. 4th Issue of the Hl- Lite out. Jim Creson back-onl 'for the day Another fire drill. November 22. Junlor-Senior basketball for school championship. Juniors won I6-ll. November 25. 'Student body meeting to elect cheer leader. Al Beers was elected with Jim Pierce as an assistant. Barn dance sponsored by the Orange NON tonight. we cleared around 338. December I. Today puts an end to the exams for another six weeks. Frosh-Soph.
