CLASS PARTIES There were several parties held this year by the four classes, and they were thorough- ly enjoyed and all proved highly successful. The Seniors had four parties: The first one was held on October 22. The Seniors entertained the Juniors, and had a gala eve- ning hunting for odds and ends, a scavenger hunt ln other words. The winners couldnlt be decided upon so the hunt retired to the kitchen where they drank punch and ate cook- ies. On March I0 the Senior boys made a gallant effort to give the Senior girls a party. The boys were there but the girls refused to cooperate,-fine thing. On April 7 the Seniors traveled to the Punch Bowl at Dee, where they had a grand time roasting weenies. Mr. McMurray the Senlor class ad- vlsor accompanied them. On March 24 the Seniors were guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hagen after the Senlor play. On a supper table prettily decorated wlth Easter bunnies a delicious supper was served. The Juniors held one party. On Aprli 5, the losers of the Junior History contest en- tertained the winners at a supper party held in the Gym. After supper games were played, and it was reported that every one had a splendid time. The Sophomores held one party. On the 9th of September the Sophomore class held a watermelon party. Although many of the Sophomores were absent, everyone who attend- ed had a good time. The Freshman held one party. The tradit- ional Freshman-eighth grade party to welcome the 'grade schoolersn into high school friendships was held April I4th in the gym.

THE SENIOR PLAY on March 24 the Seniors presented their annual play entitled, Hcampus Quarantlne,N directed by Mlss Konradv It was a three act comedy ln which the whole senior class took a part either ln the play Itself or as mem- bers of the property staff. The setting lty house where had the chicken their parts well of the play was in a Soror- one of the girls supposedly pox.
