' BOYS ORANGE WON The Orange NOW ls composed of boys who have earned letters ln athletics. This year there were eleven members seven Sen- iors, three Junlors and one Sophomore. In the fall we took, in Mr. McMurray, Mr. McQueen, and Mr. Ashbaugh as honorary mem? bers. The officers are King-Oscar Tamura, Prlnce-Kenneth Kirby, Scribe-Junior Ogden, and Chancellor-Leon Farris, other members are warren Harding, Everette Hawthorne, Rlchard Steager, Bob Sheppard, Carl Selle, Joe Allen and Yoshlo Takasumll At the Orange WON Banquet letters were awarded to the followlng: Junior Coffey, Alvin Beers, Forrest Peters and Glen Beers. Baseball wlll probably see flve more letters awarded and tennls, two. ' sinus ORANGE Wo' The Girls Orange WOW got underway October 26th, at which time nine glrls were given the oath into the society and Mlss Konrad was taken in as an honorary member., Nomln- ations were then ln order for officers. The group finally chose as their Queen, Jean Newman, Princess, Ruth Davlsg Secret- ary-Treasurer, Edith Lester, and Soclal Promoter, Marylee Allen. Other members ln- clude Margaret Ross, Lois Caughey, Eleanor Creson, Josephine Jarvis, Ruth Baker, Kane Endow, Rena Allislon, Mary white, and Lill- ian Hlrasawa. ' The girls were active although very lit- tle had to be done towards discipline of the girls in the high school. ' According to a report by Miss Konrad a- bout l2 girls are ln line, for initiation into the society this spring.
