Bova' BASKETBALL Handicapped by lnjurles to first team players, the Odell basketball team for '59 did not close the season with a brilliant list of vlctorles but the year was far from unsatisfactory. By 'winning second place in the Oregon Trail Conference, we, were able to play in the sub-district tournament which was held at Odell agaln this year. Odell won their first game of the tournament from Dufur, but later lost to Grass Valley, and Parkdale by small margins. At the close of the tournament an all star team was chosen from teams competing. Oscar Tamura, Odell's captain was selected for a place on this team.
