Annual Staff Early last fall we, the class of '49, voted to carry on the tradition, started when we were freshmen, of publishing an annual. The class elected Don Jackson and Alleen Lindquist as editors, and a very capable staff of seniors to assist them. Bob Watts, the business manager, was responsible for the sales and finances of the TROJAN. The job of selling advertisements was handled especially well this year by Douglas Boerner and Bob Moffitt. Snapshots, paste, imagination, and patience were the ingredients used by Joan Einspahr, who was the Layout Editor, in concocting the many pages of the book. Shirley Siebrecht was kept busy at her typewriter as the Copy Editor. Two new staff positions were created this year-Photograph Edif tor, which was filled by Bill Rex, who saw that the annual was correctly illustrated, and Alumni Editor, in charge of the address lists, a job handled by Mary Bengford. Miss Bruce, who was chosen sponsor, added all her knowledge and experience to our organization, and so now, with the cooperation of every member of Odebolt High School, we are happy to present the 1949 TROJAN. We hope it gives the reader as much enjoyment as it has afford' ed the staff. Four
