ALL-CHURCH CARCLING PARTY Something new was tried in Cdebolt during the Christmas Season last year, and was carried through very successfully. For the first time in the history of Cdebolt, the young people from all the churches observed the Christmas spirit togetherg and that was by combining and blending their voices in a mass choir. Cver 140 voices from every faith and def nomination participated in this event which took place in the Presbyterian Church. The choir, under the direction of Mrs. Mabel Schoeberl and accompanied by Mrs. Dorothy Purdy, sang a program of Christmas carols and the entire concert was broadcast over the towers of the Presbyterian Church. Immediately after the program was over the young people went on a sleigh ride. Even Mother Nature seemed to be in favor of this event, for a light snow was falling as the bobsleds, pulled by jeeps, tractors, and trucks, pulled out with their loads of boys and girls. The carolers sang at the homes of several individuals who were shutfins. Upon returning from the bobsled ride everyone went to the Presbyf terian Church basement where ladies from the different churches had prepared a chili supper for the hungry boys and girls. This event demonstrated the real Christmas spirit and it is hoped that next year we shall have the Second Annual AllfChurc'h Caroling Party. Fifty-eight
