El C ll Dedication Each year the Journalism Staff dedicates the an- nual to one of the many very deserving people that I 1 O I make our school years memorable. The 1988 Legend is being dedicated to a very special man. He has been teaching for twenty-three years, eleven of which have been spent at Oconee County. He serves as head of the English Depart- ment. Through the years he has worked with the Drama Club, Student Council, One-Act Plays, and is the Region Literary Coordinator. He has shown students and faculty alike his dedication to Oconee County High School. This year we proudly dedicate the 1988 Legend to Mr. Roger Bailey with much love and appreciation. 20 l Faculty
