Each year the members of the Anchor Club sell Spook-a-Grams for Halloween, and Light-a-Light cards for the Pilot Club during Christmas. Student Council The Student Council is a group of students elected each year by the stu- dents in their grade. The purpose ofthe club is to improve school spirit, pro- mote the general welfare of the school, and overall provide a forum for student expression. All throughout the year, the Student Council has many fundraisers such as T - shirt sales. With the money they make from the fundraisers,they pur- chase things to benefit the school. The 140 I Clubs ' Student Council also sponsors the Homecoming dance, spirit week, and the can-a-thon drive. All in all, the Student Council is an important and influential part of our school, I.
