Former Miss Legends Misty Ed- wards and Marsha Burnette were on hand to crown the new Miss Legend on January 16, 1988. After the five finalists were chosen and each girl was interviewed, it was announced that Angie Lanier was Miss Legend. All the girls crowded around to give Angie their hugs and congratulations. Angie had performed a jazz dance to Can You Feel the Beat? with a smile, and had handled the interview wonderfully. Angie is the daughter of Joyce Lambert. l'N-- ,.f A tu X g fm, W . Q ietl tt.
