PESSIMIST There seems to be nothmg r1ght about thxs ent1re school I expected to assoclate wxth 1nte1l1gent, amb1t1ous students and a serxous m1nded faculty at Oc1na, but to my great d1ssappo1ntment I fmd, w1thout exceptmon, the exact oppos1te Just take the freshrnen They are d1sgust1ngly 1mmature The way some of those glrls try to attract the attentmon of the boys of the upper classes And as for the freshman boys, I th1nk they should try to 1m1tate some boy shghtly above the thxrd grade at least part of the txme As for the sophomores, they are not any better Not a con sc1ent1ous student among them Just a group of fl1ghty mmded, g1ddy 1rrespons1ble, swell heads who have no thought of anyone but themselves The Jumors are my pet peeve Why must they 1m1t1ate the Semors and horn 1n on every'Lh1ng we do You would th1nk that by th1s t1me they would be capable of stand1ng on the1r own feet I wzll refram from stat1ng the true facts of the Sen1or Class as I am one of them Some of these teachers are golng to be sorry of the way they are treat1ng us Why I bet there never was a bunch of Semors as good as we are The faculty hasn t xmproved over last year at all They are just as unreasonable about assxgnments as ever Ready to cr1t1c1ze everythlng we do And that Glee Club, dxd you ever hear such a commot1on At t1mes It sounds as though someone were bexng murdered and yelhng for help Why Mr Quattlebaum IS even afra1d some of hxs ball play ers w1l1 look at a boy as though that xs a crxme I 11 stop grzpxng because xt seems I can t help matters but I st111 say there IS nothmg rxght about thzs entmre school 0 - . . . , .
