The 1977 Varsity Track Team suffered from a lack of personelle . While fielding a team that never numbered more than 25, the Sharks did manage to win their share of events and did produce some fine individual performances. Pacing the '77 varsity was outstanding junior sprinter Bill Ribera, whose events included the 330 low hurdles, the high hurdles, and the 100 and 400 yard sprint events. Denis lVlurray, Randy Swayne, Mike Heim, Mike Harriman Robbie Lothringer and Josie Buch all turned in good per- formances for a Shark team that would have done much better had it the depth of personelle enjoyed by other NPL teams . s rip 'O wt' -QGMCA Usvfvo bww sie W! 4?
